Why become a member?
To formally identify with and belong to the local expression of the Body of Christ
Membership is Biblical - every believer belonged to 'the church in...'
Mutual responsibility: leaders for members; members for one another; for care, support, encouragement, love and unity of purpose and direction
To share in the government of the Church as we meet to 'know the mind of Christ'.

What kind of Church?
A family of all types of people who feel valued and at ease
A hospital where broken or sick people are put together and made healthy and strong
A barracks where people are equipped and trained
A body where every member matters and has a function
A worshipping community honouring God in all we are and do
A witness to the immediate community and world.

What is expected of me?
Participation fully in the life of the Church in all its aspects
living as a devoted, responsive and obedient disciple of Jesus
Serving in and through the Church according to gifting, passion, availability, and opportunity
Supporting financially the ministry of the Church
