1. The Northumbria Community
Looking at the history and ethos of this community whose mother house is buried deep in a remote part of north Northumberland. Led by two Companions of the Community.

2. Finding Holy Ground in Dull Terrain
Ever feel trapped in the monotony of domestic chores or work routine and find yourself 'switching off' from God? We shall be exploring what practical lessons can be learned from those committed to the enclosed lifestyle of a monastery; and how we can find God in the ordinary, mundane tasks of life as well as the 'mountain top' experiences.

3. Heaven on Earth? Living life at its best without being so stressed
Exploring aspects of stress and trying to gain a Christian understanding of its causes and symptoms and how we may best respond to it.
