Prayer Ministry is offered in a variety of ways, and under the guidance and anointing of the Holy Spirit:
for any situation that you would like to bring before God. This can be a personal need, a difficult decision you have to make, a hospital appointment to face or something He has highlighted during the Service.
can be arranged during the week with two Prayer Ministers for those who need time to pray more deeply into issues that are of concern.
for any on-going situation where God’s help is required e.g. coping with chronic illness or disability. This is not so much sharing needs but rather being soaked, through prayer, in the healing provision of God to strengthen and equip in the difficult situation.
either at Church after the Service or at home if necessary. The Elders are also available to pray for healing with anointing of oil in accordance with James 5:14.
details will be on the website or in the Church Newsletter or Bulletin.
If you would like to speak to a member of the Prayer Ministry Team on a Sunday, they can be identified by their badges.
To contact them during the week, please telephone the Church Office on 01483 575008.
If you believe God is calling you to be involved in Prayer Ministry as a member of the Team then please speak to either Peter Jackson, Elder responsible for Prayer Ministry or Marian Westlake, Prayer Ministry Deacon so that we can explore this calling with you.
