      Following the Lent Course that took place earlier this year at St Mary’s Church, led by Karen Case-Green, the group has put together an exhibition of visual arts and poetry reflecting the story of salvation.

    2. Shaped by the Word – Studying Theology @ Guildford Baptist Church Chapel
      8:00 pm – 9:30 pm

      This course will introduce students to the nature and methods of Christian theology. It begins with an examination of the focus and purpose of theology and some of the possible methods it can employ. Particular attention is given to the way in which the Bible, church tradition, and contemporary culture relate to each other as we think theologically.

    2. An Evening with Rico Tice @ Guildford Baptist Church
      7:30 pm – 9:30 pm

      Inspirational music, interviews and a  keynote talk by Rico Tice the originator of the internationally acclaimed course Christianity Explored.

      RICO TICE was born in Chile in 1966, the co of a businessman and a nurse. He grew up in Uganda and Zaire. Educated at Sherborne School, Dorset, Rico then studied History at Bristol University, where he also captained the rugby team. Ordained in the Church of England in 2994, he has served at All Souls, Langham Place as Associate Minister. Rico’s main role is helping thousands of enquirers experience the Christian faith worldwide through Christianity Explored which he co-wrote with Barry Cooper; this is an internationally used resource on which he presents the associated DVDs.
