Pastoral Care Team

We have a team of people available to provide support for those in need of extra care in addition to the support that pastorates give.

We have two Pastoral Care Teams, one that works closely with adults and one that works with families. Most of our pastoral care is done through our pastorates (small groups), but please don’t worry if you are not connected with a pastorate, just contact the Church Office.
